Welcome to Pooch Troop! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including pet waste removal and pet sitting. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer pet waste removal and pet sitting services, subject to availability in your service area. Services may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure yard access for waste removal services (gates unlocked, pets secured, etc.).
  • Provide accurate pet care instructions for pet sitting services.
  • Keep your pets up to date on vaccinations.
  • Promptly notify us of any schedule changes or cancellations.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Pet Waste Removal: Recurring and one-time services are available. Customers may pause or cancel with [X] days’ notice.
  • Pet Sitting: Bookings must be made in advance. Cancellations require at least [X] hours’ notice to avoid fees.
  • No refunds for missed or skipped services due to inaccessible yards, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments must be made in advance or on a set schedule (weekly/monthly).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • A $20 lockbox fee is required for new pet sitting clients.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not handle hazardous waste or provide veterinary care.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, aggressive pets, or non-payment.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing yard conditions or pet behavior.
  • We take precautions but are not liable for pet-related incidents (e.g., illness, escape, injury) during pet sitting.
  • By using our service, you agree to hold Pooch Troop harmless for any unforeseen issues.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is used only to provide services, schedule appointments, and send important updates. We do not sell or share your information. (See our Privacy Policy for details.)

8. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
